Return policy
Merchandise can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from date of shipment. Please include your receipt or packing slip with returned item. All returned items must be in their original state and sent to the following address:

Shipping fees will apply to items returned by mail unless the item was damaged when received or wrong item was shipped. Purchase price minus the shipping charge (if applicable) will be refunded upon receipt of returned merchandise.
If you would like to exchange with another item of same value, please return your item to the same return address indicated and send us an e-mail at info@shoppingblue.ca with the product information you want to exchange it with. We will be glad to replace the order.

Refunds or exchanges are not allowed after the 30 day period. No returns will be accepted on discounted items of 20% and more.
